Talk about stimulating the economy! If they did that here, Twinkie-addicts could use their stimulus to buy stock in Twinkies.
Sounds just like Guam!! We never could shop at the stores on the island because the prices were SO high!! We got to use the commissary on base, but I always felt sorry for the local people who had to pay those prices!!
