We've had a problem for over a year with the gutters on the upstairs roof holding water. I've called the builder too many times to count. He's promised it would get taken care of.
Jeff finally had enough, and took matters into his own hands. With drill in hand, he climbed onto the 2nd story balcony, and held onto the column with one hand while he drilled a hole in the gutter with the other.
Worked like a charm, and loads of water drained out. I'm glad he's strong and can hold on tight...can we say dangerous? I'm just glad he didn't get hurt!
